When asking about a lesson, please include the course name, lesson number or title, the section you are asking about, and your question.

Report a Content Error or Outdated Information

Medical billing information can change when government programs, payers, regulations, code sets, or industry guidance are updated.

If you believe a lesson contains an error or outdated information, please tell us the page or lesson URL, the statement needing review, why it may be incorrect or outdated, and an authoritative source if available.

Account or Login Support

For problems involving registration, login, profile access, comments, or other account features, include the email address associated with your Academy account when contacting support.

Never send your password to CM Academy.

Community, Comment, or Conduct Concerns

If you need to report a comment, answer, attachment, user, or other community activity, provide enough information for the team to locate the content. Reports may involve harassment, spam, misleading billing information, copyright concerns, inappropriate content, patient information, suspicious attachments, impersonation, or fraudulent activity.

Please provide enough information for us to understand and, where necessary, verify your request. Do not send highly sensitive identity documents unless we specifically request an appropriate verification method.

Advertising Concerns
